Shiping Policy
Until further notice, unopened Al Chef Foods products purchased online at alchef can be returned within 30 days from the date you received it for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will send you a replacement – contact us for return merchandise approval.
Note: If Al Chef does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund number was given, we will not be able to process your refund request.
